Henriot Brut Souverain is the historic signature cuvée of Maison Henriot, first created in the spirit established by Apolline Henriot in 1808. It is a multi-cru, multi-vintage Champagne combining Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier with a substantial proportion of reserve wines.

Maison Henriot describes a complex aromatic profile combining biscuit, fresh citrus, smoke, chalk, stone fruit and red fruit. The palate is ample, direct and rounded, with persistent freshness. The cuvée is aged for at least three years before release.
