3. How to purchase 

To make a purchase, the Client will select the products they wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket using the button “Add to shopping basket”. Once the desired products are in the basket, click on the “Checkout” button.

7. Client’s rights and returns policy

– Faulty products Due to the characteristics of the product, products that are faulty, damaged or broken in transit will be accepted for return, for this purpose, the Client will have 14 calendar days from the date of reception of the order to make the necessary claims for replacement of the order with a new order in perfect state and at no additional cost.

– Products in good state The client has 14 days from the reception of the order to return and/or change any article purchased from the Online Shop of www.klassikpremium.com as long as the following conditions are met: The product is unopened and unused, with its original labelling and original box or packaging.
